Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier availability, and public holidays.
Delivery Coverage

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts at your registered address. If you are unavailable or do not accept the delivery across all three attempts, Grahsajja reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. In such cases, please contact us at info@grahsajja.shop to reschedule.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address — including flat/house number, street, landmark, city, state, and PIN code — is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. If a non-delivery occurs due to an incorrect address provided by you, any additional redelivery charges will be borne by the customer. Grahsajja will not be responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Non-Receipt of Order
If you have not received your order, please raise a complaint within 45 days of placing the order. Complaints raised after this period will not be entertained, and it will be assumed that the order was successfully delivered.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time through our courier partner’s website.
Colour Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colours accurately on our website. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings and monitor calibration. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return under colour variation alone.
Payment & Order Security
