Order Cancellation
Cancellation by You (Customer)
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. In this case, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns section below for shipped orders.

Cancellation by Grahsajja
Grahsajja reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Reasons may include:
- Product unavailability or stock limitations
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraud or payment verification failure
- Inability to verify delivery address or customer details
If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. We will notify you by email or phone. All cancellation decisions made by Grahsajja are final.
Returns Policy
When Can You Return a Product?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- 📦 Damaged in transit — product arrived physically damaged
- 🔧 Manufacturing defect — product has a defect from the manufacturing process
- ❌ Wrong item received — product does not match what was described or shown on the website
- ⏰ Significantly delayed delivery — order delayed by more than 10 days beyond the expected delivery date
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- With all original tags intact
- In its original packaging
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
- The 15-day return window has passed
- The product has been used, washed, or is not in its original condition
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- The order has already been shipped and a cancellation (not return) is requested
Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after the returned item has been successfully picked up or received at our warehouse.
- Once the return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
Delivery Reminder

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at info@grahsajja.shop within 15 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective). Our team will arrange a return pickup.
Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
We currently accept returns only for damaged, defective, wrong, or significantly delayed orders. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–14 business days after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once initiated.
Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
No. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please initiate a return request after delivery if the product qualifies under our returns policy.
What if my order is delayed by more than 10 days?
