We sell premium home textiles including luxury bedsheets, bedding sets, quilts, towels, and bath linen. Our registered address is Shop No. 126, Naveen Market, Kanpur — 208001, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Grahsajja offers premium home textiles for purchase through grahsajja.shop, including bedsheets, bedding sets, quilts, dohars, towels, pillow covers, and duvet covers. Upon placing a confirmed order, Grahsajja will ship the product to your specified delivery address and is entitled to payment for the same.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on grahsajja.shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of checkout.
  • In the event of a pricing error, Grahsajja reserves the right to cancel the order and notify you, or contact you for confirmation before processing.
  • Payment must be made using your own valid credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other accepted payment methods. Grahsajja is not liable for fraudulent card use — liability rests with the cardholder.
  • We generally do not charge your payment method until your order has entered the shipping process.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at info@grahsajja.shop or +91 7275000720.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
  • Grahsajja reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Delivery

Orders are delivered within 4–5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, Grahsajja reserves the right to cancel the order. Non-receipt complaints must be raised within 45 days of placing the order. 8. Returns & Refunds
